Bryan Raught- Lead Pastor 

As a life-long resident of Montgomery and Berks counties, Pastor Bryan has grown to love Boyertown and the surrounding communities. After graduating from Clearwater Christian College (BS in Business Administration), Bryan served at Upper Perkiomen Community Church as a  Youth and Assistant Pastor from 2012-2019. In 2019, God called Bryan and Kristen to begin the process of planting a church in their community along with twelve other families. Pastor Bryan loves getting to know people and enjoys connecting their life stories to the life and story of Jesus Christ. Bryan enjoys spending time with his wife, Kristen, and three boys (Brayden, Brody, and Braxton), reading a good book, watching sports, or sitting around a fire accompanied by good conversation. Pastor Bryan just recently concluded his masters degree from Lancaster Bible College (Capital Seminary) with a Masters in Pastoral Leadership. 

Charles Rowdon-  Pastor of Family Discipleship

Charles Rowdon serves as the Pastor of Family Discipleship with 242 Community Church, where he is passionate about equipping parents and children to grow together in their faith. He has been married for 15 years to his wife Amber and is the proud father of three children: Samantha (10), Gabriel (8), and Wesley (7).
 
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Christian Ministry from Messiah College in 2009, with a minor in Biblical and Religious Studies. He also holds a Master of Arts in Biblical Counseling (MABC) from Luther Rice College and Seminary. His educational background shapes his heart for discipleship, counseling, and helping families apply biblical truth to everyday life.
 
Outside of ministry, he enjoys reading, playing sports, and coaching his kids’ teams. He loves investing in the next generation both at church and at home, and considers family discipleship a lifelong calling.
