At 242, we believe growth happens in community. Our ministries are centered around developing devoted disciples where God's Word is the foundation of all we do. We are thankful for the multi-generational church God has blessed us with as we seek to make disciples of all ages and stages of life.

Family Life

Children's Ministry

Children are not the future church, they are the church. We offer Nursery for infants through 2-year-olds, Preschool for 3- to 5-year-olds, and Children’s Church for Kindergarten through 5th graders during the sermon portion of our worship service. We utilize the Gospel Project Curriculum that teaches the full narrative of Scripture as we seek to foster Biblical literacy and community in our children.

Youth Ministry

The teenage years are a formative time! We love the opportunity to establish and grow the faith of our 6th-12th grade students in healthy and safe environments where they can thrive in community. Our youth group meets every other Wednesday night, with a variety of fun and faith-building activities throughout the year. To find out more, you can email Pastor Charles here.

Groups

Making disciples is the great commissioning for every believer. Our GROUP ministry seeks to intentionally create spaces where disciples can be equipped and leaders developed. Our GROUP ministry is made up of all types of groups (men's, women's, mixed, marriage, family, etc...) We run GROUPS twice a year (January-May & September-December) and encourage all members to participate in a GROUP.

Missions

As a church, we support missionaries and mission organizations both locally and around the world. We also send teams on short-term mission trips to Honduras and other locations each year. Our heart is to be a church that supports Gospel work both locally and globally.

Family Gatherings

We are a Family of Families. Throughout the year, we enjoy a variety of all-church events that provide space for connection for the whole church family—from outdoor services to family skate nights, we love creating intentional times of community where we can connect and grow together.

Community

We are FOR Boyertown. We actively seek to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of its people and organizations through community events like our Fall Fest, Easter egg hunt, and financial support of local non-profits.
